Questions
Can you compile O&M manuals from information we've already gathered?
Yes. We compile O&M manuals and carry out technical reviews of O&M content.
Do you write RAMS on a fixed fee?
Yes. RAMS are written on fixed fees, with rush turnaround available.
Can you help landlords with electrical safety compliance?
Yes. Private landlords in England must have the electrical installation in a rented home inspected and tested at least every five years, give tenants a copy of the report, and complete any required remedial work. We help landlords and letting agents plan inspections, understand their reports and get remedial work organised and recorded.
