Fees and engagement
Work is offered on a fixed fee or a monthly retainer, matched to the size and complexity of the work. Every enquiry gets a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables and fee.
Questions
Do you take design responsibility?
Yes. CMJ takes design responsibility for the electrical designs we produce.
Can you review a design rather than produce one?
Yes. We review existing electrical designs, and can take on full or partial design depending on what you need.
Do you design fire alarm systems?
We provide initial fire alarm design before a specialist is appointed. The appointed specialist then completes the detailed design.
